This morning, Swami ji himself goes to receive Mona from the bed for their morning booty shaking. Done for the day.

Rohan and Lopa are exercising when the former asks Swami ji to clean the jail. The holy man is clearly pissed about being ordered but makes light of the situation by saying he is sure that he will be sent to the jail, hence no use of cleaning it/he is okay with staying in an untidy jail. Not just him, all the commoners are clearly annoyed about being the sevaks. The celebs were doing a much better job as the sevaks, to be fair.

Cut to the scene which will go down in the history of Bigg Boss 10 (at least for me). Lopa and Mona enter the pool wearing bikinis. Or two piece, as Manu likes to call it. Our boy here is floored at the sight he is witnessing. He wants to stare but also does not want to come across as a creep. Good attempt at camouflaging that you are unperturbed, but you can learn something from Swami ji here. As I told you before, the latter is busy ticking off items on his bucket list. He comfortably sits and stares at the women in the pool and justifies it.

*Gasp*

*Hold your breath*

*Are you ready for this?*

He says, “Bachpan mein beti ko nahi nahlate kya?” Ew, Getting paedophile vibes here.

Stage 4, to be precise.

Anyway, Manu’s red cheeks give away his dil ka haal and he is even teased about it. #FunTimes

But dayum! This guy never lets anything obstruct his game. Taking full advantage of Nitibha‘s insecurity/rivalry with Lopa, he quickly goes to her and whispers about Lopa’s pool ventures. “Two piece mein hai vo”, he tells her. Allow me to use a better word for his action: Chugli (Backbiting).

Masterstroke, Manu! #SoMuchRespect

Moving forward, Karan Mehra and Nitibha are chosen as the weakest performers in the task, which means they will go to the jail. Mona starts arguing about her team not being thoughtful enough when it comes to her. She is like the Swami ji of the celebs, I feel. Nobody listens to her and she is the easiest target, so much so that Manu is constantly advising her to switch teams.

It was Punishment Day today. Despite Bigg Boss continuously forbidding housemates to speak in English, Gaurav, Bani and Rahul do not refrain from conversing in English. Must bear the brunt then, because Bigg Boss has had ‘nuff! He orders the three of them to paddle a vintage sewing machine, which will keep a lantern burning. The moment they stop, Bigg Boss will switch on the lights of the entire house, which will eventually wake up everybody. Bani continues to speak in English anyway. Okay then!

About Bani J-

Since the beginning of this season, the audience has expected a lot from the former Roadie. Be it taking a stand inside the house, putting forward her perspective, or just playing the game with full enthusiasm, the unified response has been Bani’s lack of involvement. Now that she is coming into the limelight, I am afraid, it’s for all the wrong reasons.

Her behaviour is quite arrogant and she is showing too much attitude, which is just not cool. She is possibly having troubles adjusting in a confined space, but she needs to realise that’s what the game is about – survival. Honestly, as a viewer, I expected a lot more from her and was even rooting for her since the very beginning. But this, is uncool. She snaps at everybody, expects others to be quiet when she wants silence, asks the housemates to clear an area when she wants to be alone and even asked Lopa to pause her nature’s call in between just because she is in the middle of task. Like that’s possible, Bani? Showing urgency is fine, considering you are in a task; but expecting the impossible and then being pissed because your demands were not met, is just half-baked logic.

In this particular episode, when Gaurav tries to tell her that her behaviour is pissing off other inmates, she takes offence and replies saying people need to have a heart-to-heart conversation with her to really understand her. And if they fail at that, she doesn’t need to reciprocate. Wut? Nobody here is participating in the game to have a tête-à-tête with you, Miss.

For her sake, she needs to realise the key here is adjustment. She has a commendable fan following which she can utilise for her benefit, if only she pulls herself together.

Adios for now, peeps!
