Aditya Pancholi was in the news for allegedly assaulting and threatening one of his neighbours during an argument over parking space, back in 2005. According to MumbaiMirror, the Andheri Metropolitan court reportedly announced one year imprisonment along with a fine of Rs. 20,000 for the actor. However, soon after the verdict was announced, his lawyer came into action and he was granted an immediate bail of Rs. 12,000 on request.
As per police reports, the actor had hit his neighbour, Pratik Pasrani and reportedly fractured his nose after the two got into a heated argument over parking space. After a medical examination of Pasrani, police registered a case of grievous hurt and criminal intimidation.
