Ex- Bigg Boss contestant Ajaz Khan was reportedly arrested for sending obscene pictures and objectionable messages to a hairstylist. According to a report in BOC, he was produced before a holiday court and released on cash bail of Rs. 10,000 in Borivali on Sunday.
The FIR was filed by a 38-year-old divorcee from Malwani, who received a friend request on Facebook from Ajaz, which she accepted and the two exchanged numbers. She was also looking for an investor in her business and discussed the same with him, only to later realise that he was only interested in her and not the business.
Later, when she praised his WhatsApp DP, he started sending her pictures of his private parts and when she objected, he started abusing her. Reportedly, Ajaz was quoted saying that all allegations against him were false and that his name was being misused just because he’s a celebrity.
He has been booked under IPC Section 354 (a) for sexual harassment and under Section 66 (e) of the Information Technology Act.
