Meet The Hottie Who Helped Tanmay Bhatt Lose 109 Kgs - Ranveer Allahbadia

This morning, I was discussing Keto diet, doable workouts and weight loss with my girlfriends at Team MissMalini when someone mentioned how inspirational popular stand-up comedian Tanmay Bhatt‘s weight loss journey has been. After all, he has lost 109 kilos in a span of 19 months! Plus, he intends to keep it going for three more months. Isn’t that incredible? During our discussion, we did some stalking online and discovered that 23-year old Fitness YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia is to be credited for Bhatt’s transformation. The youngster’s social media pages are filled with motivational photographs and videos of himself. The topics of his videos range from cheat meals to PCOS and are all very informative. Also, I must add that he’s quite a looker. Check these out.

I used to be a state level Judo player, until I busted both my rotator cuffs. Had reconstructive surgeries on either arm, before the age of 18 (You can see the scars in this photo) The surgeries and prolonged recovery were a HUGE factor in me becoming fat after school. Had lost most of the range of motion in my arms and even physiotherapy didnt do much for me. Had to give up Judo just before earning my black belt. Fortunately for me, I met my guru @binnyfitness at the age of 19. Weight training is what fixed me. Being guided by the best strength coach in India is what fixed me. There was a time when I couldnt even extend my arms completely. But today I can lift close to 60 kilos for my overhead press. Every single shoulder workout feels like a personal victory now. Every single shoulder workout is helping me become the best version of myself. When I started weight training, a zillion people including doctors told me that it wasn't the correct path. They told me that I'd end up damaging my shoulders even more. Unfortunately, thats the society we live in. Weight training is an art. Its scientifically the most powerful form of exercise. But Indian society shuns it like its drugs. People need to destroy what they've grown up hearing and open up to new thoughts. Today I've got a powerful overhead press, I'm a strong dude now. But all that is secondary. Overcoming what was once my weakness is the biggest thing I've achieved. Making my weakness my strength is what I've really achieved.
