This morning, I was discussing Keto diet, doable workouts and weight loss with my girlfriends at Team MissMalini when someone mentioned how inspirational popular stand-up comedian Tanmay Bhatt‘s weight loss journey has been. After all, he has lost 109 kilos in a span of 19 months! Plus, he intends to keep it going for three more months. Isn’t that incredible? During our discussion, we did some stalking online and discovered that 23-year old Fitness YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia is to be credited for Bhatt’s transformation. The youngster’s social media pages are filled with motivational photographs and videos of himself. The topics of his videos range from cheat meals to PCOS and are all very informative. Also, I must add that he’s quite a looker. Check these out.
