Lily Collin‘s looked like a real-life fairy tale princess in a stunning floor length, pink and embellished gown by Zuhair Murad at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards held early this week. We were all googly eyed for her look… And then she turned around! The back of her gown took our breaths away and was, in some ways, even better than the front. Maybe it was the element of surprise but this was one red carpet trend we loved.

Have a look at these five glamour shots for yourselves and tell us they aren’t some of the most gorgeous things you’ve seen all year (excuse the cheekiness…!)?:

Lily Collins in Zuhair Murad

Her hair was, easily, one of the best up-dos of the night and highlighted the beautiful detailing on the sheer neckline and low cut back of her candy floss wonderland gown.

Vanessa Hudgens in Naeem Khan

Ms. Cutie Patootie, Vanessa Hudgens rocked up to the InStyle & Warner Bros. Pictures Golden Globes After Party in this black and silver, seemingly modest, full sleeved gown. Bare-backed and gorgeous!

Emily Ratajkowski in Reem Acra

This golden piece worn by the model deserves a mention here too. Her hair put up, shows off the intricate chain detailing on the back, to maximum effect and take this stunning look a notch and one more higher… We looove!

Sarah Paulson in Marc Jacobs

Boy, are we glad she took home gold for Best Actress in a Mini-Series! Not only was she amazing in the TV drama, The People vs. O.J Simpson, but she also looked like a golden statuette herself. Such elegance!

Hailee Steinfeld in Very Wang

We’re totally enjoying her fashion evolution as she’s looking lovelier and lovelier as the days go by. She’s got great personal style and clearly her stylists, Mariel Haenn,  has got her back in the best darn way possible!

Tell us what you think of this trend in your comments below. We’d love to know!
