A few weeks ago, music maestro, A.R Rahman crowdsourced the lyrics for his hit 90’s song, Urvasi and even posted on his social media to ask for suggestions. Well, the end result is here and it’s fabulous, as expected! (When does Rahman ever disappoint, tbh!)
The song makes references to a few major issues that made news in 2016 – for instance, demonetisation, Donald Trump etc; and Rahman and his co-singer suggest the ‘take it easy policy’ to deal with them.
