Actor and host extraordinaire Maniesh Paul had a little bit of a scary incident happen to him recently. He was heading back to Bombay from Lonavala after a shoot when he noticed 20 bikers were following him on the highway. They recognised the actor from a distance and started calling out his name from behind his car.
According to DNA, Paul didn’t mind this at first and even waved out to them, but things took the wrong turn when these bikers circled his car and started banging the windows. P.S. – They were drunk too. They reportedly wanted him to get out of the car so they could click pictures with him, but after seeing their brash behaviour Maniesh thought it would be safer to stay inside the car.
He told DNA,
It was midnight and these 20 bikes with three guys riding on each one chased me. Half of them looked a little drunk. Their bikes were so close to the car, that my driver had a tough time manoeuvring the vehicle. If I speeded up they would also increase the speed, I had to take care that they don’t end up falling and getting hurt. So, I told my driver to go slowly. This is the first time I faced something like this and it was scary.
