The Kaabil and Raees clash has been talked about for a while now. Both films were earlier supposed to release on January 26th, but Kaabil ended up advancing their date to the 25th. This ‘aversion’ was short-lived, though, as the team of Raees also advanced their release date to the 25th. Hrithik Roshan even went on record to say that his father was “hurt” by the clash and that the Raees team could have planned things better.
Well, Rakesh Roshan was recently asked at a Kaabil screening whether he would also go watch Raees. He simply replied by saying, “No, I will watch ‘Kaabil’ once again.” Hah!
Meanwhile, he was all praises for Hrithik’s performance in the film, and said that he’s proud of him – not as a son, but as an actor.
