Kushal Tandon recently posted a stunning photo of Gauahar Khan posing on the cover of a leading magazine – and the latter graciously thanked him for the same. However, what started as an innocent gesture of err… love between the two exes has reportedly ignited a legal controversy.

But turns out that Ajay Devgn, and not Gauahar is gracing the cover of the magazine’s February issue, and the latter’s photo has been used with the masthead without permission. Reportedly, Gauhar was contacted on the same matter but she couldn’t delete the post as it was on Kushal’s Instagram and she thinks media will make news and again question her reconciliation with Kushal.
The magazine now plans to take legal action against the person who has used their masthead without their permission.
