Promotions for Rangoon are on in full swing, with Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan appearing on several reality shows for the same. Recently, there were reports that Kangana was miffed with comedienne and host of The Voice India, Sugandha Mishra for mimicking her.
Kangana was quite upset and reportedly said she felt like slapping her for insulting her. Sugandha was initially mum about the matter, but she finally addressed the matter and told BOC:
I really admire Kangana and her body of work. We had a great time while shooting the episode on Voice and the camaraderie is for all to see in the episode. In fact, we did an act together where she calls up Datto and says, “Datto, thappad marungi to daant toot jayenge“. Immitating her and the fashion walk was all in good humour and she appreciated it. That’s all I want to say and there’s nothing more to it.
