Los Angeles-based popular retail label Nasty Gal recently filed for bankruptcy. For those who don’t know, this brand specialises in fashion for young women and it is one of the trendiest retail labels I’ve ever come across (also a personal favourite).

Australia is with her today. This planet is with her today. Go vote for her today. ??

#GirlBoss Sophia Amoruso started this company buying and selling of vintage fashion on Ebay and later switched to its own label through a website. Woah! How cool is that?

She lives. #nastywoman

She stepped out of the CEO role two years ago and change of management caused this to happen. As for the brand, bankruptcy doesn’t mean that Nasty Gal is closing down. The company will obviously get sold out to someone very lucky.

Next year, @girlbosstv ? #netflix

A NetFlix series supporting the label will be aired in 200 countries, will help market this brand in the best way possible. On the brighter side, after every low, there’s a high. We hope things get better soon.

P.S: I love you Nasty Gal!
