Diya Aur Baati Hum star Anas Rashid is getting married to Heena, a girl from his hometown. Reportedly, the two will get married this year itself. In an earlier interview to HT, Anas had actually said something rather sexist about his wife. When asked why he didn’t find a girl for himself from within the industry, he said:
Everything happened very quickly. I’m working in this industry; aur agar bahu bhi kaam karegi, toh ghar pe kaun rahega? (And even if my wife works here, who will be at home?) For my family, the fact that I’m working in this industry is enough.
Umm.
In other news, Anas was earlier linked to TV actress Rati Pandey for a while, but neither of them confirmed their relationship status.
