Surrogacy is a topic not many people would talk about before, but with our Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, and Tusshar Kapoor taking that route, it has become somewhat normalised today. Raveena Tandon, who chose to adopt two young girls early on in life, spoke about why she feels adoption is a greater gift than surrogacy. Here’s what she told Deccan Chronicle.
I advise adoption over surrogacy. I believe that making someone a part of your life through adoption provides a deeper sense of gratification. I feel so proud when I see my girls and what they have made of their lives. Of course, you can go ahead and have biological kids, but to adopt a child is the greatest gift that you can give any child.
