On 20th December last year, Kareena Kapoor Khan delivered a baby boy, Taimur Ali Khan. And in a matter of a few weeks, the actress managed to get rid off her pregnancy weight. During an event, Bebo had shared what she’s been eating nowadays:

I wanted to get into Tashan diet. But Rujuta (Diwekar) said not to rush. I am eating rice both the times. I will gradually lose weight. I have been eating khichdi and Bajra roti, gud (jaggery), one spoon of ghee and a glass of milk every day. This is my food after pregnancy!

Apart from eating healthy, Kareena has also been going for her Yoga and Pilates classes regularly. A while ago, we had some pictures of Bebo stepping out of a Yoga class. Now, here’s a photo of the gorgeous diva with her fitness trainer, Namrata Purohit.
