Last week, a huge debate erupted when the rumour of Sonakshi Sinha performing at Justin Bieber‘s concert started floating around. Kailash Kher opined that it was unfair to professional singers when actors take away the limelight at such huge music concerts. Following this, brothers Amal and Armaan Malik tweeted in agreement. It soon became a full blown debate, with Sonakshi’s brother, Luv Sinha also plunging into the argument and supporting his sister.

Now, Sona has found another supporter in Parineeti Chopra, who is also fond of singing and recently made her debut in the professional singing. She backed SOna’s argument and said:

When I am acting, no one has a problem. When I am dancing, no professional dancer has complained. When I crack a joke, I haven’t heard any professional comedian complain. I wear designer clothes, but fashion designers don’t have a problem and when I do action, the stunt persons don’t raise objections. Then why this hue-and-cry about actors singing? Are we saying that if I am an actor, I should only act in a film? Who decides what I can do and can’t do? Where does this debate end? And why are we having it?
