While Priyanka Chopra‘s Met Gala outfit became one of the most talked about looks of the year and featured in various ‘best dressed’ polls; some people believed that Deepika Padukone‘s attire was too ‘safe’ for an event like this.
Deepika looked like a dream come true (when does she not?), but critics and publications didn’t think much of it, nor apparently, did Rihanna. But popular Indian-American actress Mindy Kaling (who is also Rihanna’s co-star in the upcoming all-female reboot of Ocean’s 11) loved it. So much so, that she posted a collage on Instagram, counting Deepika’s look as one of her favourites.
