When feathered brows took over the Internet, we thought we had hit brow peak. Clearly, we were wrong! Now, Instagrammers have been debuting what is known as barbed wire brows.
Created by makeup artist, Athena Paginton, this fad is fashioned to look the pointed ends of the wire. The alternate upward and downward spikes add a fierce, edgy vibe unlike any we’ve seen.
To get this look, all you need to do is follow 2 steps. Divide your brows into sections and comb them alternately in opposite direction. Then, use a clear brow gel to set the look.
Although this fad seems strange, there is an upside to it. Unruly, bedhead brows are ideal for this look, so you need not maintain perfect arches.
