When Raju Hirani announced his biopic on Sanjay Dutt, it was alleged that Madhuri Dixit had asked the director to not mention her in the film. For those of you who are not aware, rumours of Sanjay and Madhuri’s affair took wind during the 90’s, but it all ended when the former was convicted for the possession of illegal arms and ammunition.
When Madhuri was asked to comment on this matter, she said:
For where I am today, this [the topic of Dutt] has become redundant. Life has come a long way since then. I don’t know where these reports are coming from. In any case, it doesn’t make a difference to me.
