Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who is popularly known as Gopi Bahu on Saath Nibhaana Saathiya recently attended the Star Parivar Awards with her friend, Bhavini Purohit. The latter also plays an important part in the same show.
However, the ladies were allegedly stopped at the entrance and asked for their passes. Being well known faces on Indian television, this reportedly did not go down well with them. According to SpotboyE, when Devoleena was finally able to enter, she saw that other TV stars were busy giving bytes, and this meant that she had to wait for her turn. She was apparently angry about this, and stomped out after showing her middle finger.
When the publication contacted the actress about this episode, she denied being angry about it, and said she was upset about something else.
