The teaser of Kangana Ranaut‘s next film, Simran, helmed by Hansal Mehta released a few days ago. Honestly, we are quite kicked about the film as Kangana will be seen in a very different avatar. However, the film is currently in a controversy of sorts, as writer Apurva Asrani has blamed Kangana for allegedly taking away the entire credit of writing the film.
In a long Facebook post, Apurva has mentioned how Kangana’s name appears before his name in the film’s credits even though she was an additional writer. But apart from that, what irked him was Kangana’s claims that she developed the entire story.
He further hoped the film’s director, Hansal takes a stand and either refutes or endorses his story. You can read his entire post here.
