Veteran Bollywood actress Reema Lagoo reportedly passed away at the age of 59 after suffering from cardiac arrest. According to reports, the actress complained of chest pain last night, following which she was rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital, where she breathed her last.
The actress was one of the most loved Bollywood moms, and will forever be remembered for her roles in Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Vaastav and several other films. She was currently playing a pivotal role in Mahesh Bhatt‘s daily soap, Naamkaran, on Star Plus.
Reema, who was married to actor Vivek Lagoo, and is survived by daughter Mrunmayee Lagoo. Her last rites will be performed at Oshiwara crematorium at 2:00 pm today.
