Aanand L Rai‘s next movie with Shah Rukh Khan, where he plays a dwarf, has long been in the news due to its star cast. After all, it’s tough to choose from Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, right? The filmmaker eventually settled for Anushka and Kat as his leading ladies, and SRK has reportedly shot some portions of the film.
However, according to a report in DNA, before any of these wonderful ladies, Aanand was keen on casting Kareena Kapoor for the role. Bebo had to turn down the offer as she reportedly did not want to start shooting immediately after motherhood, and wanted to get back in shape as well. Moreover, she had already allotted her dates to Veere Di Wedding.
