Last night was a terrible night for all us 90s kids who grew up listening to Linkin Park. The band’s singer Chester Bennington committed suicide by hanging himself at his private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County. Police discovered his body late last night according TMZ.
He has in the past had his struggle with drugs and alcohol and once even said in an interview that he considered committing suicide because he was abused by an older male as a child.
This is really unfortunate and is such a big loss. Still can’t get over it. May his soul rest in peace. 🙁
