Popular TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide last year, much to the shock of her family, friends and peers in the entertainment industry. Her friend, fellow television actress Kamya Panjabi in particular, was very disturbed by losing such a good friend at such a young age.
Pratyusha’s former boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, who has been accused of abetting her suicide is now often at loggerheads with Kamya when it comes to discussing sensitive information about the late actress to the media.
Now, on the occasion of Pratyusha’s birth anniversary, Kamya took to Instagram to post a heartfelt message and some very sweet photos of the two.
Pratyusha’s death spawned off numerous articles on the reason of her suicide, her troubled relationship with her boyfriend and her parents before she took such a big step. Even now, there are numerous cases and counter cases regarding her death in courts.
We just pray that her soul rests in peace.
