Sanjay Dutt launched the trailer of his film, Bhoomi yesterday. His reel life self, Ranbir Kapoor also dropped by at the event to show his support for Sanju’s film. The actor will soon be seen playing Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani‘s biopic. I have to mention here that as the two posed for the shutterbugs yesterday, it wasn’t difficult to notice Ranbir’s uncanny resemblance to the younger Sanjay Dutt. He has, after all, been working very hard to adopt the senior actor’s looks and mannerisms.
While at the event, Sanju was asked if he was apprehensive about his life being out there, he said he had full faith in the director and writer:
I was not skeptical at all because Raju, me and Abhijaat sat for many many hours and I played the cards right out in front of them. I’ve got nothing to hide and I have never had nothing to hide. I hope nothing has been shown about my love life.
Sanjay Dutt’s life has been a rollercoaster no less. It would be interesting to see it as a screenplay, coupled with Ranbir’s incredible acting chops and Raju Hirani’s master skills in direction.
