If there’s one thing that’s essential for every woman to have in her makeup vanity, it would definitely be a blush. I for one, cannot seem to do without this makeup basic in my day-to-day life. Blush is probably the most effective product you can use to change up your whole look. Nowadays, they come in many formulas—Liquid, tint, cream and pencils. However, today I’m testing out the OG of blushes—Powder blush.

MAC Cosmetics Powder Blush in Melba Matte

This blush is on the slightly peachy side. It blends into your skin and provides a fantastic colour. With a fluffy brush, one swipe across the apples of your cheeks will give you the prettiest glow.

Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Blush in Peach Passion

The Colour Envy range includes 14 beautiful shades that have strong and beautiful pigments. But for me, the texture comes on a little grainy so it’s hard to double this up on your eyelids.

3ima The Blush in 103

This paraben free, cruelty free and pure vegan blush has a lot to offer. Its smooth texture makes application feel like a dream. The drawback to this one is that the potency and colour payoff isn’t too great. Which means you’ll probably have to go over and re-apply.
