Ankita Lokhande is without a doubt one of the most famous faces from Indian Television. She rose to fame with her TV show Pavitra Rishta and her chemistry with ex beau Sushant Singh Rajput was all kinds of amazing. I remember watching a couple of episodes of her as Archana, and boy, did she do complete justice to the role. The actress is all set to make the switch from the small screen to the big screen and is starring in Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi alongside Kangana Ranaut. She plays the role of Jhalkari Bai, the lady who disguised and shielded Rani Laxmi Bai during battles.
She has already begun prepping fro the role and if reports are to be believed, she starts shooting for the film today at Ramoji studios.
