Kajol and Karan Johar were friends for years till 2016 (that year was cursed). The actress had starred or at least made an appearance in all his films before their big fall-out. The reason for this fight was because Kajol’s husband Ajay Devgn‘s Shivaay and Karan’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil were clashing at the box-office. There was also this whole other thing of Ajay accusing Karan of paying KRK (yea, THAT guy) to diss Shivaay. It all became rather ugly.
Kajol took her husband’s side which made Karan very angry and he publicly said that she doesn’t matter to him anymore. He even spoke about their acrimonious equation in his biography. But, things took a turn when Karan was became a father to his adorable twins Yash and Roohi. Kajol took to Instagram and ‘liked‘ the photo he shared of his babies and as a gesture, Karan followed her back on the social media site. Kajol also told Karan that Yash looks a lot like his late father Yash Johar.
Clearly, the ice is thawing here, but what does Kajol’s husband Ajay have to say about this? The actor has never really been friends with Karan. When asked about the same during the promotions of his upcoming film Baadshaho, here’s what he said –
I have never ever spoken about personal topics and issues. So this is something very personal I really wouldn’t like to talk about it. I’ve maintained this, in general, that I do not speak about personal life.
