Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi are one of Television’s cutest couples. No, really. They’re legit the definition of cute. Have you seen them together? They’re always so smiley, so giggly, and they look so in love that it makes us fall in love with them! Their love story is straight out of the movies – girl meets boy, boy meets girl, they fall in love.
These two first met on the sets of their hit show Pavitra Rishta. Here’s a fun fact: Asha thought Rithvik was a snob and full of himself in the first few days of their meeting. And they didn’t hit it off immediately either. It took time and they slowly got along extremely well and realised there could be more than just friendship there. We hear that Rithvik was into Asha and would drop subtle hints but Asha being Asha, missed them all. Cutie! Rumours of them dating did the rounds much before the even began dating. It’s like everyone around them sensed it much before they did. Haha.
If you’re wondering who proposed to whom, there was none of that. It was all just organic and these two transitioned from being friends to lovers who kept playing pranks on each other. Asha first realised that she felt a lot more for him when one day, she went over to watch the rushes of Rithvik’s shoot with another actress and felt jealous. You know there’s something brewing when jealousy hits.
The two have since then gone on to do Nach Baliye and won the audience’s hearts yet again. It was Asha’s birthday recently and he threw her the sweetest party. He even posted this adorable message for her on Instagram. Check it out.
