Nicole Kidman Gave A Powerful Speech On Domestic Violence At The Emmys

Nicole Kidman, one of the best parts about the breakout show Big Little Lies won the Emmy for best actress in a limited series. Nicole looked absolutely stunning and while collecting the award, the actress gave a powerful speech.

In the show, Nicole plays Celeste, the seemingly happy married woman who is stuck in abusive and toxic relationship with Perry played to perfection by Alexander Skarsgård. In her acceptance speech she thanked everyone involved in creating the mini-series, with a special shout-out to Reese Witherspoon, her co-star and co-producer of the show. After the thank-yous, she took out time to address the very relevant issue of domestic violence which is prevalent all over the world.
