This Pakistani Actor Hilariously Defended Mahira Khan After She Was Slut-Shamed

Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan‘s viral photos have dominated our headlines since sometime now. While the pictures were just of the two chilling outside a hotel in New York, it was Mahira’s smoking which angered a lot of self-righteous people who had very strong opinions on what is considered ‘decent’.

The appalling reaction to Mahira’s rumoured relationship with Ranbir, her dress and that cigarette exposed the actress to immense slut-shaming. Her peers like Ali Zafar, Parineeti Chopra and Varun Dhawan did speak out against the trolls in their own way. Yet, the bullying reached such heights that even her alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor issued a statement at the unfairness it all.

Another actor from Pakistan, Osman Khalid Butt has joined the fray in defending Mahira, in a rather hilarious manner. Osman recreated the now infamous photo with another person, mocking the double standards in our society.
