This world of Bollywood is a funny one. For the longest time now, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra have been rumoured to be dating. They’d make appearances together, go on holidays together, say the sweetest things about each other at interviews – making onlookers believe that something was going on there. Then news of them breaking up surfaced and the it was alleged that the reason for that was Sid’s closeness to his A Gentleman co-star Jacqueline Fernandez, and rumours of her unfollowing Alia on Instagram also surfaced. But those have now been put to rest because Alia and Jacqueline had a sweet Twitter conversation yesterday. 🙂
Anyway, according to a report in DNA, it turns out that the ex-couple’s mentor Karan Johar is unhappy with their break-up and has been trying to play peacemaker between the two. He reportedly spoke to them individually, but they weren’t willing to bury the hatchet.
Uh oh.
