The Hrithik Roshan–Kangana Ranaut controversy refuses to die. Earlier, it was just Kangana giving interviews and claiming that she had a roaring affair with Roshan in the past, but now the latter also broke his silence and firmly took a stand that the actress is lying though her teeth.
Usually in controversial cases such as this one, Bollywood celebrities refrain from taking sides and choose to be diplomatic instead. Not this time around – Farhan Akhtar supported his friend Hrithik in an open letter, which was shared by Karan Johar & Sonam Kapoor, liked by Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha & Tiger Shroff, and Twinkle Khanna also tweeted in his support.
Ever since the release of Simran, Kangana has been silent about the matter. It’s either her lawyer giving statements, or her sister Rangoli Chandel voicing her thoughts on social media.
She immediately sent out a tweet against Farhan for his open letter:
