Mallika Dua’s Father Vinod Dua Lashes Out At Akshay Kumar

Internet sensation Mallika Dua‘s father & prominent media personality, Vinod Dua is upset with Akshay Kumar over a comment he made about his daughter on the show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.

The noted journalist took to social media to share a snippet from the show (which has now been deleted) and wrote:

I am going to screw this cretin Akshay Kumar for telling his co-worker, Mallika Dua that “aap bell bajao main aap ko bajata hun” at 5:26. This is his sense of humor and language. Star Plus.. wake up..

Mallika tweeted about the incident but she also deleted it later, saying she does not “enjoy abuse and cyber bullying.

Akshay’s “bell bajao” comment refers to the show’s format wherein the judges ring a bell to appreciate an act. The controversial part has reportedly not been aired by the channel. Vinod Dua told IANS that he does not expect an apology from Star Plus, but from Akshay instead.
