If you have procrastinated about your Halloween costume just like me, do not worry you are not alone! If you’re in this fix and you don’t know what to do, the answer is in your closet. Really, it is! Here you’ll see five simple ways you can use the clothes you have in your closet to look scary yet this Halloween.

1. Wednesday Addams

All you’ll need is a little black dress and a basic white shirt to achieve the Wednesday Addams look for this Halloween. Wear your dress over the shirt with the collars sticking out and, voila! You’re Wednesday Addams.

2. Bridekilla

You don’t need to wear an extravagant gown to achieve this look. You can recreate this with a white bodycon or a white skirt + white tank top comb, too. Make sure to add the veil with a sheer white dupatta that you could easily find in your mom or sisters closet. Complete the look with a bouquet of flowers and you’re good to go!

3. Sexy Egyptian Mummy

Old white sari for the win! Slit an old white sari or simply go old-school Egyptian with layers on layers of toilet paper.

4. Zombie Princess

Here’s where your tattered clothes can work perfectly. All you need is an old, torn tee paired with ripped jeans or an asymmetrical skirt and you’re good to go! Top it off with a tiara or lots of bling-y jewellery for that princess feel.

5. Classy Vampire

Anything you define as the ideal date night dress fits the bill for a classy Vampire look. Use an oversized black shirt or any dark coloured kimono cardigan to add more appeal.
