Sushant Singh Rajput was reportedly confirmed for RAW, short for Romeo Akbar Walter. Buzz was that the film was delayed due to some reasons, but it later came to our notice that SSR allegedly walked out of the film due to prior commitments.
He told Mid-Day:
Unfortunately, I will not be part of Romeo Akbar Walter due to changes in my prior commitments. I wanted to be part of the project because I love the story and believe it must be told, but that will not happen.
Sushant‘s sudden exit from the film upset the makers. Moreover, they are not aware of the reason for his act. Producer Bunty Walia told a leading daily:
I have no idea why Sushant opted out. I asked him and he gave us no answer. Maybe he didn’t like my face or my co-producer’s face. Or maybe he likes the faces of those whom he prefers to work with.
Uh-oh! According to latest reports, the makers are now considering Abhishek Bachchan for the same role.
