Sridevi‘s older daughter Jhanvi Kapoor has been in the news for a while now and is touted to be the next big thing in Bollywood, just like her mother. We hear she’s all set to make her Bollywood debut in the remake of the marathi film Sairat, which is being produced by Karan Johar‘s Dharma Productions. Jhanvi has been working hard for it and we often spot her outside the gym or her dance lessons.
It was being rumoured that her mother Sridevi was upset KJo for not formally announcing Jhanvi’s debut as there have been speculations for months. Well, we’ll have to wait and see when this news is officially broken to us, but till then, we have other news for you. Sridevi and Boney Kapoor confirmed a while ago that there will be a sequel to the hit Mr. India, which will star both Anil Kapoor and her in the lead. While that news is exciting, we also hear there will be second leads in the film, and Jhanvi might actually be a contender for the part in the film!

There are two pairs of leads in Mr India 2. While Anil Kapoor and Sridevi will reprise the roles that they played in the first film, there will be a new pair. Jhanvi is likely to play the young female lead.
