Varun has been having sleepless nights as one such stalker has been sending him a gazillion Whatsapp messages as reported on Mid-Day. When he blocked her number, he received a phone call from an unknown number and it turned out to be the woman, who threatened to commit suicide if he didn’t respond to her messages.
Varun consulted his legal team and filed a police complaint on the 2nd of November. A police officer revealed,
We have received a complaint from Varun Dhawan and are in the process of finding out details about the person who had called him. The number has been switched off ever since the call was made.Man, that’s not a pleasant situation to be in.
