Esha Gupta has been slaying the sexy game for quite some time now and her ensemble at a recent award show proves that she is one of the hottest ladies in Bollywood. But this sexy outfit was more than just any red carpet gown. Celebrity stylist Mohit Rai chose this number from Nikhil Thampi who designed this outfit for in honor of his inspiration.
Nikhil paid homage to the talented designer Azzedine Alaïa after his sad demise and who better than Esha Gupta to pull this off. The dress was inspired by one of Azzedine Alaïa’s designs, once also worn by supermodel Naomi Campbell. The slits on the sides were replaced with sexy straps by Nikhil while the silhouette and neckline were kept extremely similar. While everyone posted photos of Azzedine Alaïa at the news of his demise, Nikhil took a whole different route and had Esha wearing this ensemble at the prestigious Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards honoring all that he had learned from the designer. Amazing, isn’t it?
