The trend of going monotone with your desi look is taking a lot of momentum. Case in point, Neha Dhupia‘s recent ensemble. It not only hammers home the fact that pastel shades are not at all boring but also when done right, they look real good.
For VJ Gaelyn Mendonca‘s reception party, Neha dressed up in a beige number by Shantanu & Nikhil. Being monochrome, the silhouette and work of the outfit needed to be spot-on and her outfit did just that. The seamlessly draped neckline and intricate self-embroidery made the number stunning. She styled it with contrasting pink jewels from Anmol Jewellers and a box clutch.
Another element that caught our attention was the cut-out back that gave a bit of sexy twist to the all-covered-up outfit.
Her hair was strategically tied in a low bun, to keep the focus on the ensemble. Celebrity makeup artist Kaajee Rai gave her glamorous smokey eyes to complement the whole look.
