Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar aren’t the best of friends – and if you had any doubts about that, rewind to the last year 2017 – where the two had the biggest war of words in the public eye. It all started when Kangana made an appearance on Karan’s show Koffee With Karan and accused him of nepotism. Soon after, accusations were hurled back and forth, and Karan didn’t mince his words either. He said he was tired of Kangana playing the victim card and asked her to leave the industry if she was so bothered by it. This also opened up a country wide debate on nepotism, where lots of actors voiced their opinions. Ranbir Kapoor admitted that he’s a product of nepotism, while Vidya Balan claimed she was bored of all the nepotism talk.
Anyway, post that Kangana and Karan avoided each other at events but it looks like things are now changing. The two came face-to-face on Karan and Rohit Shetty‘s new show India’s Next Superstar and were seen laughing and exchanging a hug. Does this mean they’re finally burying the hatchet? We don’t know.
