But, this renowned British makeup artist shows off her most exquisite work on the glossy pages of magazines. Her recent editorial for British Vogue was absolutely mind-blowing and beautiful.
If sparkle and shine is your cup of tea, then this jaw-dropping shoot will be your dream. Going for a 3-D eye makeup, Pat expresses her take on glam in an opulent editorial. Of course, for a magazine, this ‘Eye Armour’ seems apt, but IRL we would go for a subtle take, inspired by this eye makeup.
Here’s how we are planning to get our glam on:
1. Start by applying a base.
2. Add shimmery gold to the middle of the eye, blend towards the inner corner. Take a darker brown for the outer corner and medium brown to blend in between.
3. Build the shine in the middle of the eye with a gold pigment.
4. Draw a winged eyeliner.
5. With such strong eye makeup, keep the lashes long with help of a clear mascara.
6. Add some highlight to the high-points of your face.
7. Fill in your brows.
8. Add a dark hue to your lips.
9. Match the boldness with a good mani.
10. Complete the look by setting your hair with a hairspray in a sleek back ponytail.
