After a long court battle fighting for justice for her late daughter, Jiah Khan, the CBI court has rejected the applications filed by Rabia Khan. She had reportedly pleaded for further inquiry against the main accused, Sooraj Pancholi, before charging him for his alleged involvement in Jiah’s murder cum suicide case.
Apart from that, as per a report in DNA, the court also rejected her application for checking the call data records of Aditya Pancholi and two more people. However, they accepted her plea of calling for the BBM messages (which allegedly drove her to suicide) exchanged between Jiah and Sooraj, during the trial of the case.
Meanwhile, the defence advocate stated that a lot of time of Sooraj’s life has been wasted due to the case and requested the court to initiate with the framing of charges against the accused.
