Though there is no set uniform for 26th January and 15th August, we can’t help but love the desi-ness of a white kurta. We don’t feel you have to overdo it with a tricolour dupatta, but a statement one just has the right impact. Sara Ali Khan‘s recent look is something that we would totally go for this Republic Day.
Sara opts for a white Chikankari kurta and semi patiyala. The colourful dupatta with Phulkari work makes for a beautiful contrast over the all-white ensemble. She adds more colour to it with bangles and sandals mimicking the hues of the dupatta.
