One of the most celebrated actors of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor is currently in a happy place. Titled Padmaavat, his first project with ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali finally saw the light of the day last week. And much to the relief of the cast, crew and everyone else who was rooting for it, the movie got a great response from the masses in various parts of the country and beyond.
And guess what? Padmaavat is now officially Shahid’s biggest opener till date. What’s more, by making 114 crores (as per yesterday’s reports) in mere four days, it has also gone on to become his highest grossing film of all times. We don’t know the latest box-office figures but we’re sure the figures are going to soar further in the coming days.
