We love how the sari is becoming such a normal part of dressing it up nowadays. The garment isn’t just confined to being worn at special occasions but is being seen at parties, events etc. We’ve also seen some of our fave Bollywood stars normalizing the nine-yard, making appearances in ’em for movie nights, dinners and more. What’s best is how they put their own twist on the classic sari.
Swara Bhasker‘s sari is one that we’re currently crushing on. Styled by Divya Saini, she was seen wearing a black and white Label De Belle creation. She swapped her basic sari blouse for a white crop-top and heels for shoes from Stella. The sari was super pretty, too. The dotted+chevron pattern, broad black border, and graphic pallu totally won us over.
