When it comes to Priyanka Chopra‘s style file, almost everything is a hit and rarely a miss. From red carpet events to in-studio appearances, she does it all so effortlessly. But to be on top of her style game when it comes to NYC fashion is something else.
New York street style is known to be the most influential (cue every single time Carrie Bradshaw walked down the streets in Sex And The City), and to ace it takes a lot of homework. Our desi girl seems to have done it well and adds a touch of her personality to her street style too. Also, kudos to celebrity stylist Cristina Ehrlich, who crafts her looks when PC is living in the Big Apple. Here are a few of her looks we can’t stop staring at:
1. The Moto Jacket Look
When you want to rock the biker babe look but are stuck in the city, you gotta upgrade it. Priyanka does it with a peplum-cut moto jacket from Alexander McQueen, ripped jeans from R13 Denim and those hot red boots from Rag & Bone.
2. The Perfect Movie Night Look
A cosy, monochrome look can easily be a best seller, but Priyanka does it better by mixing textures. She wears a white sweater from Rag & Bone, asymmetric skirt from 3.1 Phillip Lim, thigh-high boots from Giuseppe Zanotti and adds a pop of colour with a red box bag by Ximena Kavalekas.
3. The Badass Layered Look
You just need a perfect graphic tee to make this kind of statement. Here, she dons a sweatshirt from R13 Denim with Kurt Cobain‘s image printed on the front which she layers with a pink bomber and styles with thigh-high boots. Also, that plum lip colour with her wind-swept hair adds so much drama to this picture.
4. The White-Washed Look
To blend in with the weather, Priyanka opts for this white-washed look. She teams the puffy jacket from Tods with denims and ankle boots from Rag and Bone.
5. The Military Touch
Priyanka brings back camo print pants with this layered look. An outfit with a polo neck top, a trench coat, Louboutin boots and a cargo pants is a total winner in our eyes.
6. The Statement Jacket
Priyanka proves that all you need is a statement jacket to make for chic street style. She teams her basic ripped denim with a leopard print jacket and white kicks.
7. The Monochrome Game
Nothing can beat a monochrome combo. Priyanka plays with these basic hues strategically in this outfit by wearing a white longline jacket on top and contrasting black pants and boots below.
