We love when a desi outfit has a contemporary twist to it. When done correctly it does make a statement. Aditi Rao Hydari’s latest outfit is a good sartorial example of the same.
It was celebrity stylist Sanam Ratansi from team Style Cell, who selected this ensemble designed by Punit Balana. The first thing that attracted us was definitely the overload of the print. Not everyone can pull off print on print, but Aditi looked stunning because of the silhouette. The sleeveless peplum kurta teamed with the lehenga made for a great layered ensemble. The long dupatta with tassels builds up the ethnic touch. Sanam styled this outfit with gold jhumkas, bangles and rings from Joolry by Karishma Mehra. Aditi went for her classic beauty look by matching her lip stain to the outfit colour.
