Are you always struggling with breakfast every morning? It’s a dilemma to find the time you need to whip it up. Working professionals especially, do not get the time to cook breakfast and lunch. So a lot of us land up going with the easy yet unhealthy options. But what if we told you, we could give you 10 healthy breakfast bowl ideas that don’t even take long to cook up? We got a chance to get into the life of a young fitness influencer: Tiffany D’Souza who along with two friends (Alston & Rhett) started a fitness blog called The Fitness Cholos. They always come up with creatives ways to stay fit. And more than just breakfast bowls, they give us a new level of fitness goals. Here are ten breakfast bowl recipes designed by Tiffany, to make your mornings a lot easier, and most importantly, healthier!

1. Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

Recipe:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Heat it all up till you get the consistency you want. Top it up with greek yoghurt and strawberries. You could even add 1 tbsp of raw honey over this.

2. Berry Bowl

Recipe:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk
4 Strawberries
2 Dates
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cardamom
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 Egg White
Blend the strawberries, dates and milk together and then heat up that beautiful pink milk with the remaining ingredients, except for the protein, which you need to stir in after taking it off the heat. Top it up with blueberries (you can use more strawberries or banana), chia seeds, hemp hearts and desiccated coconut.

3. Chocolate Protein Oats Bowl

Recipe:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
A Pinch of Nutmeg and Cardamom
1 Tbsp of Cacao Powder
1 Egg White
Heat this up on the stove and then stir in 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder! Top it up with one banana, chia seeds and chunky peanut butter!

4. Berry Yogurt Parfait

Recipe:
Layer up greek yoghurt, honey oat clusters, blueberries and blackberries

5. Strawberries And Cream Bowl

Recipe:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Raw Honey
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Heat everything up except for the yoghurt and then stir it in once you’ve taken it off the heat to make it super creamy.
Top it up with strawberries, chia seeds and a swimming pool of almond butter!

6. Figs And Honey Bowl

Recipe:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Heat it and top it up with crushed pistachios, 2 figs and some raw honey

7. Triple Berry Bowl

Recipe:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Skim Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Cardamom
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Maca Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Butter
1/2 Cup Mixed Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
Mash the berries up a little bit and throw it all together over the heat. Wait till the oats cook and then voila, you’re done! Top it up with fresh Berries of your choice, banana and chia seeds.
