Best bowl ever! Strawberry Oatmeal🍓! YUMMM 1/2 C Rolled Oats 3/4 C Milk 4 Strawberries🍓 2 Dates (the strawberries weren't really that sweet) 1 tsp Cinnamon @trulyspices 1/4 tsp Cardamom 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1 Scoop @performixdriven Vanilla Whey Protein 1 Egg White🍳 (trust me you can't taste it and it makes the oatmeal super fluffy) So I blended the strawberries, dates and milk together and then heated up that beautiful pink milk with the remaining ingredients, except for the protein, which I stirred in after I took it off the heat! Topped with Blueberries(you can use more strawberries or banana), Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts and Dessicated Coconut. Full disclosure, I added a big tbsp of @thebutternutco Peanut Butter after this picture was taken. 😇 Stay Healthy 🌴 . . . . . . #TheFitnessCholos #oatmeal #pinkoatmeal #healthyfats #oatmealbowl #samsunggalaxys8plus #healthyeating #healthyliving #healthyrecipes #cleaneating #cleanliving #detox #organic #doctor #blogger #mumbai #feedfeed #f52grams #realeats #wellness #recipedeveloper #superfood #foodwinewomen #yoga #eathealthy  #yogi #healthyish #eeeeeats #mindfulliving #foodvsco
