Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife have been reportedly summoned by the Thane’s crime branch in connection with a Call Data Records (CDR) racket, which was uncovered in January this year. This is a part of a bigger racket where private detectives illegally sourced CDR of people for their clients.
As per a report in DNA, 11 people have been arrested in the case so far, out of which some case named advocate Rizwan Siddiqui for obtaining the CDR of Nawaz’s wife from private detectives. The couple will be now further probed regarding this matter.
